cpl-plugin-muse software package provides ESO data reduction pipeline for the MUSE instrument, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install cpl-plugin-muse
cpl-plugin-muse is installed in your system.
Make ensure the cpl-plugin-muse package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep cpl-plugin-muse *
You will get with cpl-plugin-muse package name, version, architecture and description in a table
